As the team's Certified Real Estate Negotiation Expert, Kathy leads negotiations with clarity and confidence. Kathy is a former U.S. Peace Corps Volunteer in Senegal, holds a BA in Government and Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame, and an MS in Environmental Policy from the University of Michigan. Allison Rivera

Allison Rivera came to real estate through a genuine passion for it. A longtime Arlington resident, she began investing in local real estate in 2011 and steadily expanded her rental portfolio. She knows this market not just as an agent, but as a buyer and landlord, a perspective that gives her rare insight into what clients need at every stage of a transaction.
Before joining Beall & Rehill, Allison spent nearly two decades in government service, negotiating multimillion-dollar contracts and later working in international affairs with foreign governments on complex, high-stakes agreements. That career sharpened exactly the skills that make a great agent: strategic thinking, precise communication, and composure under pressure.
Allison holds a BA from Bucknell University and a Master's from George Mason University. She is fluent in Spanish and committed to serving a diverse range of clients with empathy and transparency. She coaches youth soccer, volunteers with Arlington Public Schools, and is raising her two boys in the same Arlington neighborhoods where she helps clients find their homes.
